For a product question or technical issue, your end customer can contact MyBambini's directly, or you refer them on to us. We handle the troubleshooting and assess the warranty, with a response usually within 1 business day. In a valid warranty case we approve a replacement unit: your customer exchanges it in your shop (if in stock) and you receive the replacement unit as compensation with your next B2B order. This operational handling leaves the consumer's statutory rights against the seller unaffected.
Ordering & minimum order
A low-threshold start: at least 5 units per product and at least 10 units per order. You combine freely across the models, so for example 5× Classic and 5× MAX already gets you to 10. This applies to every order, including your repeat orders, and with no minimum order value, so you build up your range flexibly and top it up easily.

Want to hold the quality in your hands first? Order individual samples: 25 euro per product (bottle warmers and Puréady) and 1 euro per adapter. This lets you assess the product, the finish and the presentation risk-free before you commit. You build your sample in the configurator below. Please note: this is a one-off sample price to assess the product; your final tailored wholesale price (based on volume) may differ from it.
Payment
Convenient and simple: you pay 100% within 15 days of the invoice date (Net 15), by bank transfer or iDEAL on invoice, with no deposit upfront. With a good payment history, a longer term is open to discussion.

The recommended price (RRP) is shown for each product, VAT included, and is entirely non-binding: no MAP, you set your own selling price and margin. You receive your wholesale price with volume discount tailored as soon as you build your request below. Selling through your own webshop or shop is free; for marketplaces such as Bol and Amazon we align it together. Exclusivity is open to discussion at larger volumes.
Worldwide delivery & VAT
We deliver worldwide, with free shipping from 1.000 euro (below that 5 euro per unit). Within the EU we deliver with VAT reverse-charged; we arrange the VAT and import handling smoothly with you, tailored to your market.
Quality & documentation
Our products hold the relevant certifications and are BPA-free; Puréady additionally holds CPC. Per product, the available conformity and product documentation (incl. CE, FCC, RoHS, LFGB; EU Declaration of Conformity where applicable, manuals, specs, EANs and HS codes) is available on request. Every bottle warmer and Puréady is supplied with a USB-C cable, travel case and manual.
Product content & marketing
With every product you receive a free sales-ready content pack: hi-res product photos on a white background, lifestyle shots, packaging images, sharp titles, short and long descriptions, USP bullets and a full spec sheet. Selling without stock risk? With our dropshipping approach you order per unit and we ship directly to your end customer, in neutral packaging. - No duplicate or competing listings: you do not place a second or competing listing of the same product without our permission.

- Pricing & fulfilment agreed separately: marketplace pricing and fulfilment fall outside the standard dealer route and are agreed separately.

How does the warranty work and does the shop get credit for a defect?▼
The end customer contacts MyBambini’s directly or is referred to us. We handle the troubleshooting and assess the warranty. In a valid case we approve a replacement unit. The customer exchanges it in the shop (if in stock) and the shop receives the replacement stock with its next B2B order. The statutory consumer rights against the seller naturally remain unaffected.

Only the Classic and the MAX work with bottle adapters: together they fit 40+ bottle brands via 13 adapters. The Thermos has an integrated bottle and so needs NO adapter. The Puréady uses no bottle adapters.

How does selling via Bol/Amazon work?▼
Selling via marketplaces such as Bol and Amazon is only possible after agreement and approval. Selling via your own shop or webshop is free.
What are the MOQ and sample terms?▼
At least 5 units per product and at least 10 units per order, freely combined. A sample costs € 25 per product and € 1 per adapter, one-off.
How do delivery and VAT outside the EU work?▼
We deliver worldwide, free from € 1.000 (below that € 5 per unit). Within the EU the VAT is reverse-charged. Outside the EU we deliver on the buyer's VAT/EORI number: the customer is then the importer and arranges import and local levies.
Which documentation is available?▼
Conformity and product documentation is available on request, including spec sheets, EANs, HS code 8516 7970 and the compatibility matrix.
What does the dealer price cost?▼
The dealer price is tailored, based on volume, country, channel and delivery terms. There is no MAP, so you set your own selling price freely.
What if we have no stock for the exchange?▼
The in-shop exchange is only possible if you have the relevant model in stock. If you do not, the warranty case still stands: after our written approval you receive an RMA reference and the replacement stock is sent as compensation with your next B2B order. How the end customer receives a replacement unit in the meantime is agreed case by case. The statutory consumer rights against the seller remain unaffected.
How do support and warranty work with dropshipping?▼
With dropshipping too, the end customer contacts MyBambini’s directly or is referred to us. We handle the troubleshooting and assess the warranty. In a valid case we approve a replacement unit after written approval and you receive an RMA reference. Because you hold no stock of your own with dropshipping, the physical exchange does not run through your shop; we then agree how the replacement unit is handled case by case. The statutory consumer rights against the seller remain unaffected.
What if the customer is outside the EU?▼
The support model stays the same: the end customer contacts MyBambini’s directly or is referred to us, we handle the troubleshooting and assess the warranty, and after written approval you receive an RMA reference. The customer exchanges it in your shop (if in stock) and you receive the replacement stock as compensation with your next B2B order. Outside the EU we deliver on the buyer’s VAT/EORI number (customer = importer), so import and local levies run via the buyer. Warranty returns and any costs of a replacement unit outside the EU are agreed case by case. The statutory consumer rights against the seller remain unaffected.
